Lighthouse Baptist Church is led by Senior Pastor Daniel Duke and his wife, Laura Duke, who serves as the church’s Children’s Ministry Director. Before coming to St. Ann, the Dukes served faithfully as missionaries in Peru for 15 years, where God gave them a deep love for cross-cultural ministry and a vision to plant a bilingual church, one family united under one Savior and serving in two languages.

Lighthouse Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Youth Pastor who will build a thriving ministry that connects students from both English- and Spanish-speaking backgrounds. This leader will partner with parents, volunteers, and pastoral staff to inspire students to love God, live His Word, and impact their world.
Lead and Shepherd Students Spiritually
Provide biblical teaching, mentoring, and pastoral care for middle and high school students, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Build a Gospel-Centered Youth Ministry
Develop and oversee a Christ-focused ministry that emphasizes discipleship, evangelism, service, spiritual maturity, and a fun, safe, welcoming environment.
Equip and Mentor Volunteer Leaders
Recruit, train, and encourage adult and student leaders, building a unified team that models Christlike character and invests in the next generation.
Partner with Parents and Families
Work alongside parents to support them as the primary spiritual leaders of their homes through communication, encouragement, and practical discipleship resources.
Plan Engaging Events and Programs
Coordinate weekly gatherings, small groups, retreats, camps, and outreach events that connect students with God, each other, and the wider church community.
Integrate Students into Church Life
Encourage students to serve in worship, missions, outreach, and ministry, helping them see themselves as vital members of the larger body of Christ.
Collaborate with Pastoral Staff
Work closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry team to align youth ministry goals with the overall vision and mission of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, Christian Education, or a related ministry field is preferred, providing a solid foundation in theology, student development, and practical ministry leadership.
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or the Social Sciences, coupled with significant youth ministry experience, may also demonstrate the relational, organizational, and teaching skills needed to lead and disciple students effectively.
Additional training or coursework in family ministry, counseling, or adolescent development is highly valued.
A minimum of two to five years of hands-on experience serving in youth ministry through a church staff role, internship, or volunteer leadership is strongly preferred.
