Lighthouse is a unified church family with two services, one in English and one in Spanish, each given equal value, excellence, and spiritual intentionality.

Lighthouse Baptist Church is led by Senior Pastor Daniel Duke and his wife, Laura Duke, who serves as the church’s Children’s Ministry Director. Before coming to St. Ann, the Dukes served faithfully as missionaries in Peru for 15 years, where God gave them a deep love for cross-cultural ministry and a vision to plant a bilingual church, one family united under one Savior and serving in two languages.

Lighthouse Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Worship Pastor who will joyfully lead both English and Spanish congregations in unified, Christ-centered worship. This leader will build and develop worship teams, foster excellence in music and ministry, and partner closely with pastoral leadership to cultivate a culture of passionate, biblical worship.
Lead Bilingual Worship with Excellence
Plan, prepare, and lead worship for both English and Spanish services, ensuring each gathering reflects theological depth, spiritual vitality, and unified excellence across languages and cultures.
Develop and Shepherd Worship Teams
Recruit, train, disciple, and encourage musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers, building skill, spiritual maturity, unity, and a strong sense of community within the worship ministry.
Collaborate with Pastoral Leadership
Work closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry staff to prayerfully plan Christ-centered worship services that align with sermon themes, church vision, and the needs of both congregations.
Oversee Audio, Visual, and Creative Arts
Provide leadership for sound, lighting, media, stage design, online worship environments, and creative elements so services and events are prepared with consistency and excellence.
Cultivate Spiritual Growth and Prayer
Model authentic worship, spiritual discipline, prayer, and personal devotion, leading the congregation not only through music but also through example.
Mentor and Multiply Leaders
Identify and equip emerging leaders, create opportunities for others to serve, and strengthen the future of worship ministry at Lighthouse.
Support Churchwide Events and Outreach
Lead worship and provide creative support for special services, outreach events, conferences, and community gatherings that extend Lighthouse’s mission.

Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in Worship Leadership, Church Music, or a related ministry field is preferred, providing a solid foundation in theology, musical excellence, and team leadership within the local church.
A bachelor’s degree in Music, Education, or Communications, coupled with significant ministry experience, may also demonstrate the creative and organizational skills needed to lead and manage a growing worship ministry effectively.
Additional training in theology, pastoral ministry, or cross-cultural leadership is strongly encouraged, especially given Lighthouse’s bilingual context and emphasis on unified worship across English and Spanish congregations.
Practical ministry experience through church staff service, internships, or worship leadership in a medium-to-large congregation is highly valued.
