Our networking efforts cover 30 years of cultivating strategic relationships with colleges, seminaries, professors, churches, pastors, denominations, and other religious non-profit organizations. While some candidates may apply to us directly, we will also proactively tap into our sources to find a candidate that matches the profile you have created.

   Our screening team will conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates, and those who meet our criteria will move on to a group interview. Afterward, each qualified applicant will take our assessment test. Our evidence-based testing process eliminates guesswork, feelings, and emotions, providing us with facts about the candidate's personality, skills, and abilities. Even though the resume may seem perfect, the testing will reveal additional information that an application may not capture.
