During our initial consultation, we will delve into the details of the job description and compensation package. Typically, the compensation package is a range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. However, having a clear understanding of the scope of work and compensation is critical to finding the right candidate who meets the requirements for the position.
We offer support in creating the job description and producing a professional video that showcases your ministry in a positive light. It is essential to make your church stand out to attract highly qualified applicants, as they have many options available to them.
Additionally, once a candidate has been selected, Premier can provide assistance with contract negotiation, relocation terms, and other benefits.
We conduct individual interviews with applicants as well as team interviews with the top candidates, which may involve conversations with their partners. Our approach to determining the best match for a potential employee involves evidence-based psychological profiling. We also complete background checks, which include reviewing social media presence, for each finalist. After these steps are completed, we assess the candidate's strengths, weaknesses, and ability to adapt to relocation.
The subsequent step involves a Zoom meeting, including your search team, staff, and Premier Consultant, during which we present videos, resumes, and relevant background information and qualifications for each finalist. Following this, you can schedule interviews with the candidates of your choice.
If the candidate recommended by Premier Church Staffing and hired by you is terminated or leaves for any reason within twelve (12) months of accepting the role, we will conduct a replacement search for no extra professional fee, only charging for associated expenses.
