Meet Our Founder

DAN STOLL (Founder & Lead Recruiter)

  • Raised in a Christian family on an Iowa farm, Dan Stoll, our Lead Recruiter and Founder, has been devoted to his faith since childhood. Throughout his life, he has actively served in the local Church and continues to do so. 


  • Dan's expertise in Human Resources comes from earning his Master's Degree from Iowa State University and over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles at companies such as Frito-Lay, Wilson Foods, and CSX Railways. He then founded HRCF, a Human Resources Consulting Firm that provided HR services to both corporate and church-based organizations. Notably, HRCF served as the exclusive HR provider for large churches, including the First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Florida, for over a decade. 


  • In 2009, Dan made the decision to fully commit to the recruitment process for serving churches. His passion for "Finding the 'Right Fit' for your Church" stems from his love for the Lord and the local Church.

THE PREMIER CHURCH STAFFING TEAM comprises full-time recruiters, assistants, and office staff. Our external team members are professionals in their fields of church leadership, with whom we consult as we recruit candidates. These professionals also participate in the evaluation of applicants.
