Senior Search Consultant

The primary role of the Senior Search Consultant is to source candidates that have the qualifications and character traits that meet the specific needs of our client churches. This will involve assessing the specific role and how it operates in the unique church culture to determine necessary qualifications and character/ personality traits. The Senior Search Consultant will utilize networking and job platforms to recruit candidates matching the needs of this specific opportunity.

The ideal candidate must have incredible relationship building skills to build rapport with both client churches and potential candidates.

• Strong relationship with Christ that expresses a godly lifestyle.
• Passion for serving Christ and His Church.
• Works independently in managing multiple projects and tasks.
• Prioritizes workload requirements, anticipates priorities and creates contingency plans as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of meaningful church ministry
• 5-7 years of managing recruiting efforts in progressive organizations.
